Katie Flynn was seven years old when she was killed by a drunk driver. She was a flower girl in her Aunt's wedding. The limo driver was also killed when a 25 year old man drove on the wrong side of the road. Katie's family was also injured and they were there to witness the horrific end of Katie's life.
